Who is responsible for your data?
BXLOVE ASBL, BCE 0747.549.997, Rue des Pierres 31, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium, is the controller for the platform’s processing. For questions or to exercise your rights: bernardfrisque@hotmail.com or +32 460 95 15 50.
The features you use
Search and Mannekenbot use the local catalogue. In this version, your questions are not sent to an external AI model. Your notebook, route stops and motion preferences are saved in your browser when you request these features. These data do not form a customer account and BXLOVE does not sync them across devices. They are used as necessary for the service you request, not for advertising profiling.
A contact area offers telephone, email and a form organised by topic. Until automatic delivery is activated, the form prepares a draft in your email application: you must send it yourself. This site offers no newsletter, customer account, payment or reservation service; external services apply their own information and terms.
Voluntarily sharing a route
Sharing creates a link containing catalogue places, their order, visit durations, the number of days and the travel mode. Personal or edited stops are excluded. Anyone with the link can read the route. The link has no password, expiry or revocation; share it accordingly. This sharing adds no cookie and creates no shared-route database at BXLOVE. The service you use to send the link may retain it.
Connection, security and videos
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request information and technical logs to provide and secure the service. External videos load with your permission. Optional action counters are described in the measurement section. Our code does not use targeted advertising.
Photographs are delivered by our domain: originals not hosted locally use a server relay with an approved address list. Our code does not copy your cookies, request headers or referrer into the request to the source. The infrastructure may add technical metadata, governed by its providers. External videos remain subject to your separate choice.
Optional measurement of actions on the site
With your permission, four kinds of action are counted: adding a favourite, generating an itinerary, requesting an export and requesting a printout. Counters are grouped by day and language in the site’s storage. They retain no visitor identifier, IP address, browser information, entered text, selected place, notebook or itinerary content, or URL parameters. They do not represent unique people or prove that a file was saved or a printout completed. You can withdraw your permission in “Manage my choices”; future submissions then stop. Reports cover a rolling 30-day period. Older data is deleted at the next processing step; it does not expire automatically when no processing occurs. The hosting provider may process separate technical logs, as described in the privacy policy.
Contact requests and professional directories
If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to answer and follow up, based on our legitimate interest in managing these exchanges. Professional details in listings come from the cited public sources; they may also identify an individual. Their publication is based on the legitimate interest in informing visitors. Affected individuals may request corrections, exercise their right to object or ask for personal data to be removed. The contact area lets you reach Bernard Frisque on +32 460 95 15 50 or at bernardfrisque@hotmail.com. The form requires an email address, a topic and a message; the name is optional. When automatic delivery is activated, these details are sent to Bernard through Formspark (Trampoline Software SRL, Belgium), without marketing enrolment. Information from this provider is available at https://www.formspark.io/legal/gdpr/.
Retention and recipients
Notebook data stay on your device until you or your browser delete them; these requested features currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Cookie choices expire after no more than 180 days. Contact exchanges are retained as needed for follow-up and, where necessary, the defence of legal rights. Exact provider log retention periods and processing locations are not confirmed in our configuration. We therefore do not promise that no logs exist or that all processing takes place in the EU. Contractual safeguards and any transfers must be checked with the providers; their policies are linked from the legal notice. The details entered in the form (name, email address and message) and the raw IP address are not retained in the site’s storage. Only abuse-prevention counters, request references and transmission statuses are retained; old technical records are cleaned up during subsequent use of the form.
If Formspark delivery is activated, its Data Processing Agreement, effective since 14 October 2026, provides for request contents to be retained until the customer deletes them; deleted submissions remain recoverable for 30 days. Formspark states that it stores these data in the European Economic Area, in Ireland and Germany, while using some subprocessors that process data outside that area. Its documents detail technical-data retention periods and transfer safeguards. This does not mean that all processing takes place exclusively in the EU.
Your rights and choices
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw video consent at any time without retroactive effect. Write to the contact above; a response is normally due within one month, with a possible reasoned extension of two months. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. The website makes no individual decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you. Do not enter sensitive data in searches or route requests.
